ENTER Development Program: Personal Effectiveness

ENTER Development Program: Personal Effectiveness On November 27th the third part of the course Personal Effectiveness took place.

A group of fellow Enter colleagues gets the chance to develop their skills in negotiating, handling conflicts and keeping track of multiple interests within projects. Over the course of three evenings, lead by a coach from Croan Consult and assisted by a professional actor, participants get the chance to practise and receive feedback on behaviour in different situations. The last evening always ends with presenting and personal cases on which the participants get feedback from the group.

As most of the courses in the development program, this course is rated with an 8 (out of 10).

Feedback from one of the participants: "Great fun and I’m looking forward to the next training course from my ENTER Development Program!"
