Job information

As FPGA Engineer, you will be building complex RF hardware systems and program the software to control it. You will be working together with colleagues on designing and testing electronic circuits and systems of high-tech sensor systems. You will be responsible for:

  • FPGA design (Xilinx Vivado, Altera / Intel Quartus Prime)
  • Programming in embedded C/C++
  • Integrating VHDL function blocks with embedded C/C++
  • Hard real-time processing and control
  • PCB design
  • Documentation

Job requirements

We are looking for a FPGA Engineer with also embedded software experience. Our expectations:

  • Master background in electrical engineering and specialized in computer engineering (or equivalent);
  • Experience with designing FPGA's (e.g. Altera Stratix, Altera Cyclone or Xilinx Virtex);
  • Experience with tools like Xilinx Vivado, Altera/Intel Quartus Prime, Mentor Modelsim, Eclipse, Qsys;
  • Experience with writing embedded C/C++ code;
  • Preferable experience with PCB design;
  • Fluent in English and Dutch (or at least willingness to learn Dutch).
