What do you do at ENTER? / What is your job position?
I am a Corporate Recruiter. I try to determine which profiles fit our team best to expand the team with others in the organization. I fill the internal vacancies (from recruitment to the onboarding of new colleagues and all processes in between. Within the team, I provide recruitment training and coaching. And I lead several HR projects.
What motivates you to do this job?
I enjoy building a network with potential new colleagues, talking to people, and adding value for the organization and our colleagues. Being able to work in an enjoyable place where you can develop yourself is very important, and I can contribute to that. I like to make a difference in a personal approach and guide a candidate during their candidate journey.
What are you proud of (work-related)?
Our team! We have a great team to work with, and together we achieve good results.
What do you like most about working at ENTER?
Our fantastic team – people are at the center of our business! I love the organization's flexibility and appreciation of its people. I also like the current stage ENTER is in. We continue to grow, build a team and all that comes with it, and I like to experience all of this from up close.
What is at the top of your bucket list?
To travel around the world for three months with my family! No schedule, just our freedom, adventure, getting to know new people and cultures, and learning from them. Sounds terrific!
