What do you do at ENTER? / What is your job position?
I am Talent Manager for the Production Development competence.
What motivates you to do this job?
The cooperation and connection with the different people. You build up long-term relationship with colleagues, potential new colleagues and customers. You have a different form of added value for each of these people.
What are you proud of (work-related)?
I successfully set up the Production Development competence, and I am proud of the strong connection I have with my colleagues at the office and in the field. Last Christmas, when the Christmas packages were handed out, some of the seconded colleagues also invited me to stay for dinner. Another seconded colleague put out snacks when he heard I was on my way. That says something about the bond we have, and the wonderful cooperation!
What do you like most about working at ENTER?
There is an informal, fun-loving, but also professional atmosphere.
What is at the top of your bucket list?
In April of 2021, I will follow a coaching programme, specialising in Career Coaching, via ENTER. This will enable me to coach my team even better in their career path.
