Every year, the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Mathematics and Computer Science (EEMCS) of Delft University of Technology organizes its own Recruitment Days. During these days, students meet one-on-one with companies that might be interesting for them after their studies. And of course ENTER was also present in the persons of Stephan, Saïda and Patrick.
Saïda: "Students often find it difficult to answer the question of what they want to do after their studies, what direction they want to take. I noticed that again during these talks. We then have an open conversation with them. Who are you? What are your ambitions? This way you get an interactive and valuable conversation. We also tell them what ENTER can do for them. And that too is appreciated. We heard back that the participants found us open and honest."
