At ENTER we always like to get in touch with potential candidates in person. That's why we enjoy attending various career fairs. Monday February 17th, 2020 we were present at the Delft Business Days, where our stand was visited by graduating talent from the TU Delft. We also gave a well-attended company presentation where, with 75 attendees, people even had to stand.
"And a week earlier we gave a job application training to 66 people as part of the same event," says Patrick van Noort, Business Unit Manager in Delft. "We do that every year. Both the training and our presence with a stand during the Orientation Days are a good way for us to get in touch with our target group. And, of course, for potential candidates to get to know us. Besides, with the application training we give them something they can really move forward with. A lot of energy is always released during these days, both by the people who visit us and by our own people who enthusiastically talk about ENTER as a company".
