We kicked off 2021 with our colleagues at the office, only not in the office. Of course, we set up our entire digital setup again, so that we could see each other. We are starting to get the hang of it, although we still prefer to meet in person.
In order to connect with each other and bring interaction to the presentation, we did a round of compliments. Everyone drew lots to say something positive to someone in public. This is something we are used to doing here and do more often when we are together. But now we really made time and space for it. And that was nice.
