Introducing: Kees Verbeek (29), our new account manager within the Technology domain for the Mechanical, Electrical and Mechatronics competencies. "I've always found it interesting to look behind the scenes at companies, so that one day I would do something like this job was obvious."
In his previous job, he gained experience as an account and sales manager. In this job he had a lot of customer contact. "Very nice, but I still wanted a job with a slightly broader interpretation. I found that at ENTER. Here as an account manager you are not only busy with your customers, but also with candidates and seconded colleagues. And that really appealed to me."
Long-term relationships
"I like to build long-term relationships within my work. Annemieke, corporate recruiter at ENTER, told me that's exactly what this company is all about. That's why I gladly accepted her invitation to come and talk", says Kees. Once he went for an interview, he immediately felt at ease.
Kees: "I could immediately be myself and that is exactly how I feel now that I have started. People here really look at who you are and what suits you. Both for the people in the office and for the seconded colleagues. And ultimately that's good for everyone. For ENTER, for the people who work there and for the customers."
