Having lunch together and getting to know each other during speed dates; it is a good, but also pleasant way to get to know candidates and also to introduce ourselves to them properly.
Last month in Eindhoven, ten students who are almost ready for the job market had lunch with some of our Business Managers and Recruiters in a restaurant in the city center. This approachable way of talking to each other pleased both us and the students.
