She has been working at ENTER for a few weeks now, so she can already tell something about her experiences: "Everyone here is dedicated to the same goal. Everybody works hard, but there is plenty of room for fun. And it strikes me that everyone always really wants to help each other".
All ENTER employees can contact Sabina with questions about HR, such as their contract and pension. She also assists people with advice and assistance when they move to the Netherlands from abroad. "Arranging a residence permit can be quite difficult for someone from outside the Netherlands. I'm happy to help with that".

That is also why her work is appealing for her. "I like to make other people's lives a bit easier and I like to make complicated things simple," she says. "And I like a varied range of tasks. Moreover, I have the feeling that I can really add something here myself, not everything is carved in stone. That's nice and makes it not only a fun, but also a challenging job for me".
