After one and a half years of digital onboarding at ENTER, it was finally possible to do this in the office again.
We like to pay a lot of attention to this. We show our colleagues how we work, how they can register their hours and what kind of training and courses they can follow. We also get to know each other better by chatting, having drinks and eating pizza together. For us, that's #techwithaheartbeat
