This year, ENTER was present as always at De Delftse Bedrijvendagen, an initiative of Delft University of Technology to introduce students to the business world. Not only did we have a stand at the fair, we also gave a workshop to a group of students: "How to apply for a job successfully?"
Patrick van Noort and Saïda den Heijer worked with the students on the following topics: self-assessment, CV check, motivation letter and cover letter. They also did a role-play. Saïda: "Afterwards, all students went home satisfied and with a lot of knowledge. We received an average rating of 8.5, so we are very proud of that. I myself also really enjoyed doing it. It's good as an organization to think along and invest in a good start for the students and a good relationship with the university."
The students indicated that they found it a very useful workshop, with lots of personal attention, clear guidance and interaction. "And also that we brought it with a lot of energy," adds Saïda. "And that's all exactly what we at ENTER stand for."
