What do you do at ENTER? / What is your job position?

I work as Recruitment Manager at ENTER. In this role I am responsible for everything related to recruitment, across all business units. That means I manage and expand the recruitment team, and work on improving our processes, strategies and collaboration with the business.

I mentor new recruiters, talent sourcers and business managers during their onboarding, making sure they are well prepared and confident to get started. I am also involved in strengthening our candidate experience: I believe it is important that as a team we continue to approach and guide candidates in a personal, thoughtful and effective way - from first contact to hiring.

What motivates you to do this job?

For me, recruitment is all about people. Whether it's a candidate taking an exciting new step, or a colleague developing further in their profession - I find it valuable to play a role in that. The combination of strategy, coaching and personal connection makes my work incredibly varied and motivating.

What are you proud of (work-related)?

I am proud of the development that I myself have gone through as well as that of our recruitment team. We are building a solid foundation for the future and are taking great steps forward with more structure, capacity and quality. In addition, I often get feedback that I have a good sense of what people need, and that helps me to connect naturally - with candidates and colleagues alike.

What do you like most about working at ENTER?

The confidence and freedom. At ENTER, you really get the chance to chart your own course and implement ideas. Colleagues are committed, down-to-earth and always willing to help. What I also like is that everyone has a different story, but we all have the same goal: to help people advance in their careers.
