What do you do at ENTER? / What is your job position?
I am a Talent Manager at ENTER! I am responsible for strategic talent management and engaging and binding our employees. My goal is to ensure that they experience the ultimate job satisfaction and are happy with the things they do for our clients.
What motivates you to do this job?
I have worked hard to get my dream job. At the age of 29, I went back to school to be completely retrained with one goal in mind; to become a talent manager. I then started the HRM and applied psychology course to provide me with all the tools I needed to perform the role well.
Fortunately, it also gives me a boost of energy to talk to our employees and to hear what they are doing, whether it is their hobby or an achievement they are proud of, or to be able to spar about what their career path will be together.
What are you proud of (work-related)?
I am proud of the fact that, in addition to working full-time, I was able to fly through my studies real quick! I had teachers who made various subjects so much fun and interesting by giving me practical examples. Of course there were some difficult moments, but nothing compared to how much I benefit from the study! They helped me to create a vision in the area of engaging and strategic talent management.
What do you like most about working at ENTER?
The open culture, short lines of communication and the fact that you can really be yourself here! You get trust before you start and you see the results immediately, because people flourish. There are also a lot of events organized for employees and I am looking forward to experiencing them all!
Tell something about yourself that nobody would expect from you.
I'm a bit of a nerd. I am a diehard fan of Marvel! They are huge now because of all the mega cinematic films (Spiderman, Iron man, Hulk, Captain America, Avengers, etc) but Marvel is originally a comic book publisher, developed by Stan Lee, among others. I also collect various Marvel comic books. You make me extremely happy by dropping me at comic conventions and just leaving me alone so I can spend hours searching for a new comic book series! My favourite Marvel (super) hero, Deadpool, followed by Thor!
Plus I'm a fan of Star Trek and The Witcher books. Actually I get very happy with different fantasy (comic) books, series and movies.
