What do you do at ENTER? / What is your job position?
I am a Business Manager for the Software Engineering team in Delft.
What motivates you to do this job?
I like working with people, and I like helping people take the next steps in their career even more. One element of my work that I really like is developing people's desires into applicable skills.
What are you proud of (in your work)?
I am proud of the growth my team experienced in the past two years, from 0 to 14 active Software Engineers in the field.
What do you like most about working at ENTER?
ENTER is an organization with few layers, which makes the decision-making easier. That also makes it fun to suggest new things, and to explore ideas about how all of us can make the organization even more successful. In fact, a Business Manager can also be a partial co-entrepreneur.
When you were young, what did you want to be when you grew up?
I always wanted to become a teacher, I like to teach and support people in their growth. I see a great deal of similarities with my current role.
