I have been working at ENTER since September 2025.
What do you do at ENTER? / What is your job position?
At ENTER, I work as a Talent Sourcer. In this role, I am responsible for attracting and engaging technical professionals who are interested in working through ENTER.
What motivates you to do this job?
What motivates me is being able to offer perspective and purpose to professionals. I value the fact that ENTER provides a safety net: a place where people not only find assignments that fit them well, but also have opportunities to grow professionally.
What are you proud of (work-related)?
I’m proud that we have a great team that supports one another well.
What do you like most about working at ENTER?
The variety of roles I get to recruit for and the knowledge I gain every day.
What is on top of your bucket list?
I’d love to go cycling through Band-e-Amir National Park in Afghanistan someday.
