Since when have you been working at ENTER?
I have been working at ENTER since September 1 2022.
What do you do at ENTER? / What is your job position?
During my internship at ENTER support Sabina in her HR activities. In addition, I'll be structuring and rewriting the job and salary structure.
What motivates you to do this job?
During the first few years of my study in HRM, I spent a lot of time on theory. With this internship, I can put the theory into practice and learn what HR looks like in practice. I also find it very interesting to be working on matters that will help the organization in the long term, both in the structure of today as the first steps towards the future.
What are you proud of (work-related)?
In my short career, my proudest moment is the way I arranged this internship. I proactively approached Mark to ask whether there was room for an HR intern at ENTER. This ultimately enabled me to secure a good work placement.
What do you like most about working at ENTER?
For me, there are two things that stand out. On the one hand, being able to develop knowledge and skills, and on the other hand, of course, being part of a club of pleasant colleagues.
Who is an important example in your life?
Laurens Ten Dam, in my opinion one of the best examples of working hard (on the bike and at the table in his podcast) on the one hand and enjoying the time (bike rides all over the world) he has on the other hand.
