Since when have you been working at ENTER?
I have been working at ENTER since November 10th 2022.
What do you do at ENTER? / What is your job position?
Talent Sourcer. I approach potential people by phone or via LinkedIn to get them excited about ENTER with the aim of having them drop by for an introductory interview.
In addition to Talent Sourcer, I will be doing a full-time internship in the HR department from 6 February. Here, I will deal with various HR-related topics.
What motivates you to do this job?
This work motivates me because writing to or calling different people fits very well with the study I am currently doing (Human Resource Management at Avans Hogeschool in Den Bosch). I can apply many things I learn in my studies to my work but also the other way around, I can apply many things I learn at work to my studies. Furthermore, I enjoy coming into contact with new people and thus expanding my network.
What are you proud of (in your work)?
I am proud that I learn something new every day and that I keep developing myself.
What do you like most about working at ENTER?
What I like most about working at ENTER is working with great colleagues.
What is on top of your bucketlist?
Jumping out of a plane. With a parachute, of course!
