I have been working at ENTER since September 2025.
What do you do at ENTER? / What is your job position?
I work as a Talent Sourcer. In this role, I search for suitable candidates for the vacancies we receive. Together with our Business Managers, I help grow the team. In addition, I build connections and introduce ENTER to potential new colleagues.
What motivates you to do this job?
I find what ENTER stands for very inspiring. The concept of “Tech with a heartbeat” really resonates with me. In a world of staffing and secondment, where people often work at a distance, we make sure everyone feels seen and valued. That is something I truly enjoy sharing with others.
What are you proud of (work-related)?
I’m proud that I can successfully combine my job with my part-time HR studies. It’s great to see how I can immediately apply what I learn in my studies to real-life practice.
What do you like most about working at ENTER?
What I enjoy most about working at ENTER is the great colleagues and the inspiring mission of the organization. That’s something I’m very proud of.
When you were young, what did you want to be when you grew up?
As a child, I always wanted to be a farmer. I still love the idea of living in the countryside, just preferably in a beautiful, large house rather than on a farm!
