I am a shareholder of ENTER.
What motivates you to do this job?
I have always been motivated to help develop and empower employees, and to provide a great place to work. I also took a lot of inspiration from brisk exchanges of ideas with customers about their challenges, and offering them a sustainable solution.
What are you proud of (work-related)?
I am proud of the staff at ENTER and the company culture we have created in the past 20 years. We have long-standing working partnerships with leading companies, with mutual trust as one of the key elements. For ENTER, the relationships with these stakeholders are crucial, and I cherish them dearly.
What do you like most about working at ENTER?
The best part of working at ENTER has always been the collaboration with my colleagues who work on projects at the customer's sites. and with my colleagues in the office. I also got a lot of energy from the interaction with customers.
When you were young, what did you want to be when you grew up?
When I was young, I wanted to become a professional tennis player. I tried my best to improve my game and reach my goal, but eventually there was a limit to my possibilities. Tennis has always remained a hobby and I still enjoy a match every now and then.
