I joined ENTER on July 1st, 2026.
What do you do at ENTER? / What is your job position?
I work as an HR Business Partner, where I’m responsible for a wide range of HR-related matters. In addition to HR, I’m also involved in compliance, particularly when it comes to the Wtta legislation.
What motivates you to do this job?
I originally got into HR because of the people, and that is still what matters most to me. Over the years, compliance and legislation have become an increasingly important part of the role as well. I get a lot of energy from ensuring that processes are aligned with current legislation
What are you proud of (work-related)?
Being able to act as a connecting link between people and the organization.
What do you like most about working at ENTER?
The variety in my role and the opportunity to work across both HR and the staffing industry.
